Shipping
Lions Gallery ships worldwide. Each work is unique, and shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure every piece arrives safely and in the condition it left our gallery.
Domestic shipments (US)
Smaller works are shipped via FedEx or UPS, fully insured, with tracking provided. Larger works, sculptures, and fragile pieces are shipped via specialized fine art carriers. We also work with white-glove art shipping services for high-value or oversized works.
International shipments
International shipping is available. Costs, transit times, and customs requirements vary by destination. Please contact us before purchasing to discuss international shipping options and obtain a quote.
Buyer-arranged shipping
Buyers are welcome to arrange their own shipping or use a preferred art shipper. We are happy to coordinate with your shipper directly.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are not included in the listed price and will be communicated prior to or at the time of purchase. We are happy to provide a shipping estimate before you buy — simply contact us.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery
The work must be returned in its original condition and packaging
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in both directions
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns
Refunds are issued once the work has been received and inspected
