(his birth name was Norman Bardavid) Interested in art since his childhood, he completed a painting workshop with Professor Robin Bond, and then on to the Anahuac University of Mexico City to study Architecture and Graphic Design. He was an assistant to Marcelo Morandin, A renowned Mexican Sculptor. Over the years, his work evolved into a very distinct style,\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA style of voluptuousness influenced by Colombian master Fernando Botero (he calls them Gorditos) along with influences of Mexican tradition, and a cubist, almost Picasso esque treatment of the human figure. Bruno Luna's sculptures carry an undeniable air of joyousness, happiness and vitality. His work has been exhibited internationally, and is included in many public and private collections. Among those are the collections owned by Prince Rainier of Monaco, the American actor Chevy Chase, and many others. Bruno Luna's sculptures appeared on Mexican most popular syndicated network, Televisa, in a soap opera called \"Mi Abuelo y Yo\".\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ein 1986 he founded the 10\/10 Gallery, promoting mainly artists from Mexico, Colombia and Cuba, they showed Ana Mercedes Hoyos, Andrés Alarcón and Nicolás Lugo Beltrán amongst others.
